Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products of syNeo, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for health and safety reasons.

- For COD orders, bank details will be required

- Refunds are initiated within 48 hours after the returned item passes quality checks
- Amount is credited within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery (up to 3 days with valid proof)
- Share your order number and clear product images
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, based on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled anytime before delivery
- If already shipped, we will attempt to recall the order
